Cancellation Policy
There is a strict cancellation policy for all appointments. If you cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance you will not be charged a cancellation fee and your deposit can be transferred to another date. Any appointments cancelled 24-48 hours before your appointment will result in losing your deposit. Appointments cancelled after the 24 hour mark or no call no show appointments, 100% of the service scheduled will be charged to the card on file.
